Terms of Service

You agree to provide accurate registration information, keep your credentials secure, and use the Service in compliance with applicable laws. You are responsible for all activity under your account.

You will not (a) misuse the Service, (b) attempt to disrupt or reverse-engineer it, (c) use it to generate unlawful, harmful, infringing, deceptive, defamatory or harassing content, (d) violate third-party rights, or (e) attempt to exceed rate limits or resell capacity without written permission.

Paid plans renew automatically each billing cycle unless cancelled before renewal. Plan features, request limits and prices are described on our pricing page and may be updated with notice.

Payments are processed by Paystack in Nigerian Naira (NGN) or other supported currencies. Taxes may apply. Successful payments unlock plan benefits for the corresponding period. You authorize us to charge your payment method for recurring fees.

You may cancel at any time from your billing page. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. Except where required by law, fees are non-refundable.

The Service, including all software, branding and content we provide, is owned by AI WorkMate and its licensors. You retain ownership of inputs you submit and outputs generated for you, subject to underlying third-party rights. You grant us a limited licence to process your content solely to operate the Service.

We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance, modify features or discontinue parts of the Service with reasonable notice.

AI outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete or unsuitable for a given purpose. You are responsible for reviewing, editing and verifying outputs before relying on them.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AI WorkMate is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenues, data or goodwill. Our aggregate liability will not exceed the fees paid by you in the twelve months preceding the claim.

We may suspend or terminate your access for breach of these Terms, suspected fraud, or risk to the Service. You may stop using the Service at any time. Sections that by nature should survive termination will survive.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts located in Lagos, Nigeria have exclusive jurisdiction, unless mandatory local law of your residence applies.
